Pony Up is the place we have always wanted to eat and drink in. A fun, hospitable, approachable environment, void of pretense. We want our guests to enjoy a great cocktail, glass of wine, and a sandwich or snack, rooted in craft and speed. The experience should be about our guests and never about the bartender or chef.
